AI employees.

The simplest way to think about an AI employee: it's an AI persona set up to do one role in your business, like a copywriter, a strategist, or a CFO. You give it CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md for who it is and what it's there to do, context files like your brand voice and ideal customer, a set of Skills, and now actual tools it can use.

I structure my whole business as folders, and each folder acts like a department. One is my executive assistant, one's my head of marketing, one's my CFO. Each is a specialized AI employee that already knows its job before I say a word.

The context lives in the folder, not in your head. Open the marketing folder and that agent already knows your voice, your customer, and how you like things done, so you're not re-explaining yourself every time. And now that they can use tools, they don't just write the thing, they go and do it.
