Claude Code.
Also known as: CC
Anthropic's CLI / Terminal-based agent that runs locally on your machine. It's my daily workhorse, and I run my entire business out of it.
The name is genuinely terrible. "Claude Code is the worst product name of all time," because it makes you think it only writes code. I use it for everything non-coding: marketing, research, copy, email. It's basically my operating system, the thing that connects all my tools in one place.
Because it sits on your machine with full access to your files, it can read and write anything and build almost whatever you point it at.
If you've seen the Agent harness analogy, Claude Code is the Ferrari. Learn its steering, brakes, and ignition (your context, your Skills, your MCP (Model Context Protocol)) and hopping into any other agent feels familiar.
